Hello MeepleSoap. Yikes! I don't have the ice caverns so I don't know. In your photo, the yellow in the lower right corner looks wet or shiny. Is it sticky or tacky to the touch?

The outside of the cabinet is finished, but the inside of drawers is just unfinished wood. I don't use wood polish or anything on it.

Maybe somethng leaching/ absorbing via direct contact?

Hi,

It has been stored in the drawer of a wooden flat file cabinet. No sunlight on it except for a few hours when playing with it, then it goes back into the drawer. No chemicals on it (except for when I tried to clean it just now.) Oddly, it is just the clear resin on the "floor", the icicle portions on the wall are still clear. They've been in the same cabinet in our air conditioned house since we bought them. I'm at a loss...

It really depends on the cause of the yellowing. Is it stored in a container that allows in light? Have there been any chemicals near it? Hopefully this is not a common occurrence. Was it stored in plastic? Some plastic does leech fumes into the air. I've not heard of this interacting with other plastics before, but it could be possible... has anyone else had any issues?

Hi everyone, MeepleSoap here. :-)

I was reorganizing our sets to make room for new Dwarvenite cavern pieces I got for my husband's birthday. When I pulled out my resin ice caverns, the clear resin has all turned deep yellow! It looks like a monster with incontinence lives there! I tried to clean gently with a wipe but removed nothing but dust. What can I do? I'd paint it, but then it wouldn't be clear anymore.

Super sad. :( I have two sets of it and it wasn't cheap. Open to suggestions.
