Since my problem is with those doomed pilars with LED, I wait for the new ones.
I also emailed Suzy but didn't get an aswer so I went here and discover she left.
So as suggested 2 posts above, I wrote them to the email specified.

I had no answer at all about my issue but they said somewhere in the forum they are going to do something with the pilars. I hope I will remember it and will find the topic again because right now the pilars are still in their package and it's so sad to not be able to use it !

I had a similar issue months and months ago so I sent one email to all three email addresses that I could find on the site at the time, I got a response the next day. My issue was being worked on they just thought they had told me but hadn't. Not sure if it will work for you.

I mailed on Sep 8.
I followed up on Sep 16.
I followed up again on Sep 22.

We all know now Suzy left DF.
But the question remains and I dare to ask it : who is replacing her right now ?
3 weeks ago I've received my last order and there was a problem with the LED pilars.
I know you are preparing the PM for the last KS, there was also the GENCON but who's taking in charge replacement & refunds now ?
