Thus far, I have had one magnet pull out of a floor extension and one metal plate come off of a tower floor.

Is there a recommended method for reattaching them?

Thanks!
I would recommend a 2-part epoxy. make sure any old adhesive is cleaned off, the surfaces are cleaned and roughed, if possible. Then apply epoxy to both surfaces - enough to coat, but don't apply liberally or excess will squeeze out and be messy - and press the two pieces together. Be mindful of how much time you have before it sets too much (this is referred to as pot life in casting). Wipe away any excess. I believe acetone works, but read cleanup instructions for your particular product.
I'm with Josh. The other glues don't wear as well.

Josh, why do you suggest coating both surfaces? I have just done the loose magnets.

What is the point of getting angry? As I tell my kids, poop happens.

You guys do amazing work and I am very pleased.

I am not fond of "super glue" as it gets brittle and usually breaks again.

Let me know the results of your glue tests.

Thanks!

I'm definitely a fan of epoxies that offer a strong hold while still keeping a bit of flex. Super glue gets too brittle for my taste with parts that can flex a bit.

I had magnets come out of my KS3 roofs and used JB Weld. Worked great.

Sorry for that! We did extensive tests for the magnets at the factory and they assured us they would not come out...but alas, some have, If you consider how many magnets and pieces of metal are involved in a set that has 250+ pieces...I suppose some might have been missed as they are all glued in by hand!
We will start testing which glue is best...we use Gorilla glue and crazy glue in the office...my experience with miniatures has been that 2 part epoxy has always been the best though....
Thank you for letting us know, and for your understanding rather than anger, it is much appreciated!
