Arghhhh ! Nooooooooooooooooooo
And I do not see the Tudor Floor Add-On Pack (Expertly Hand Painted) in the listing you just sent. :o
Damn it ...

Well anyway thx for the info Suzy.
I'll wait for this doomed restock again but not sure I'll be able to order in few days/weeks.
By the way, I received the unpainted alley intersection ... :x :x
And I still wait for the Tower Battlements Add-On Pack (Expertly Hand Painted) I've paid in the last order.
But it isn't in your listing so can we use the money of it on my next order instead of the refund ?
Please email me at dwarvenforgeorders@gmail.com.

I sent you an email about this last night.

Thanks!

Suzy - do you know what one of the problems is ?

your just too damn helpful :)

On the Forum or KS comments when people have an issue with an order (or almost anything else) they are advised to contact you. Because when we have had an issue you spare the time to answer personally and sort it out.

You are a pleasure to deal with and so we tell all who need similar advice to contact you.
It felt we were paying you the ultimate compliment as the go to girl/woman/lady/non-robot-issue-sorter-outer. Without realising that we are putting extra strain on your workload

Sorry.

The other constant in the Forum or KS comments is that Dwarven Forge's customer Service is second to none.
No really it is :D
DF excels in what can be the most thankless of tasks and it looks to be all down to you.

Thank you.

Now who is going to win the Superbowl this season? My friend thinks the Cowboys are but I want the Raiders to win...........

AWWW! Thanks you guys. I appreciate all of you, too!

Sorry if I seem stressed ... I keep telling myself that we could have worse problems. I am very happy to hear from colleagues in the industry that lots of other companies are very busy now. Woohoo! The nerds have finally taken over the world!

I hope to see many of you at Gencon! If not, I will try to get some pics for you.

Thanks again!
