Re: Making due, DF forever
I live in Italy, we're stuck at home since last week... That's some great work Marco! I used to be much more ambitious with Photoshop before I had kids and went fully online to boot. You might be interested in this gem: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/browse/pub/11560/WarDrumRPG I really like this guy...

Re: Making due, DF forever
I live in Italy, we're stuck at home since last week... So we also have to find alternatives. We also went with Roll20, I prepare the physical maps, then take pictures of them to play on. Here are some sample of last session, and some images from the future one. Map_1: Map_1.jpg Map_3, DM's full vie...

Re: Monster Fight Club - Trees
For storage, it will be interesting to see how well the canopies can stack and reduce volume. From the pictures, I have some hope. also with the trees being relatively light when compared to DF terrain, putting these in a bin on top of cabinets does not present an ergonomic threat to my health. Rea...

Re: Monster Fight Club - Trees
Finally, a comparison of trees. In the first pictures I put together DF, MT, some Schleich and a couple of the Amazon/Chinese ones. Then a couple of DF with the more normal colors, and with the more exotic blue and pink. MT_DF_5.jpg MT_DF_6.jpg MT_DF_7.jpg MT_DF_8.jpg MT_DF_9.jpg MT_DF_0.jpg My pers...

Re: Monster Fight Club - Trees
Now some comparisons between MT rocks and DF Erinthor. As you see the painting is quite a bit lighter than DF pieces, so if you're picky you might want to darken it; for me, they are fine together (also, I will not necessarily use them all side by side, just on the same scene in different places, so...

Re: Monster Fight Club - Trees
Hey guys, I received my Monster Terrain pledge today, an Early Bird War. I thought of posting in this thread some pics, and some comparisons for your info. Please note these pictures were taken under daylight, so with artificial light the colors might look different (and reduced in resolution to fit...

Re: Fog Monster 2 + Terrain Kickstarter
Can someone help as I think I am going blind. I can't seem to find out where the painted prices are for the terrain. All the pledge levels are for unpainted resin but mention an "Add Paint" reward which is somewhat frustratingly hidden. It is shown as one of the possible pledges on the ri...

Re: KS7 composition discussion
I'm not really interested in tiled outdoor areas. Sets that require Dreadhollow and build off of it are not going to work for me. I don't find $500 per square foot for outdoor environments to be feasible or a compelling price point. I might change my mind at some point, but for now I have better op...

Re: Missing sets in store
I got 4 of the cavern banks, and I am happy about them, even if they are too "watery" in the lower parts than I would have liked. This makes them great to transition down to water, not so great to use as slopes in dry stony builds (even if this is less worrisome than it looked from Plagues...
